FROM THE PASTOR

You will often see the catch phrase ‘Lake Life’ on bumper stickers and plagues in gift shops.  The implication of this phrase is that living on the lake is the ‘good life’, and certainly it is for many people.  Jesus said however, He offers life that is not only good, but it’s better than the best.  He called this life the ‘abundant life’.  This life is eternal and begins the very moment a person comes to Him in Faith.  

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly” (John 10:10).
